Terms and Conditions

Use the Xoom service through the Xoom mobile app or Xoom.com to send a transfer to Mexico, India, Philippines, or Dominican Republic and receive a promotional rate for the first transfer (“Offer”). Offer begins on July 9, 2025, at 12:00:00 a.m. PT (“Offer Period”).

The Offer is not transferable. Bill pay transactions, mobile reload transactions, and transactions funded with a credit card are not eligible. Only residents of the 50 United States or D.C. or Canada who have a Xoom account in good standing and have not transacted with us within the last 12 months or create a new Xoom account after the Offer begins are eligible.

Max one Offer per Valid Account. In cases where a user has a pre-existing active discount applied on their account (received via separate communication) then this Offer will not apply. Promotional offers may not be combined or stacked unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Xoom may cancel, suspend, or modify the offer or these terms at any time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Transactions completed in non-domestic currency are subject to a transaction exchange rate, which includes a currency conversion spread.
