Xoom has waived transaction fees to Israel on a temporary basis. Waiver applies up to and including February 28, 2025. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the fee waiver at any time. Fees vary based on transaction type, payment method, transaction amount, destination, and send and receive currencies.
